As the title says I am new to all this.
I live in Norfolk, and have a motorised 1.0 something dish [COLOR=#6dd0f7 !important][COLOR=#6dd0f7 !important]installed[/COLOR][/COLOR] with a 9000 HD Spiderbox.
When installed some 6 months ago, we could watch films, footie and blue, but some weeks ago all went off and despite calling the engineer, he does not answer the calls.
He said something about a main frame ? going down and it should be on soon........we are not holding our breath.
Most channels have the two coloured bars underneath, red and green, red is almost always strong, some green [COLOR=#6dd0f7 !important][COLOR=#6dd0f7 !important]bands[/COLOR][/COLOR] better than others, but all say " no [COLOR=#6dd0f7 !important][COLOR=#6dd0f7 !important]signal[/COLOR][/COLOR]", not sure if the box needs adjusting or whether we have been had.
