    The right thing?

I just saw a newbie post in the wrong section and its been there for hours unanswered.
Did I do the right thing in using report button for Mods to move it to proper section?
It was, as I said, a newbie and don't want to give the impression of being ignored.

Lazy day today Pat all done now m8

    THE TRUTH
    The Hillsborough Independent Panel. 12/09/12

Today's report is black and white. The Liverpool fans were not the cause of the disaster.
The panel has quite simply found 'no evidence' in support of allegations of 'exceptional levels of drunkenness, ticketlessness or violence among Liverpool fans' and 'no evidence that fans had conspired to arrive late at the stadium' and 'no evidence that they stole from the dead and dying'.

one of them if and but situations

      WORD ON STREET:-
only downside with pressing the report button is that every mod, admin, staff, the dog, the milkman, even the cork board in the staff room, gets an arrow fired at it with the reported post.

Not like you report EVERY post you see!

I think its ok to comment on the thread and report at the same time, as it will get moved to the right area eventually
