Subs - subsciptions, people who follow your video's
Watch each others vids gets your veiw counter up,
If you get enough subs and views google will offer you money to place adverts on you vids and your page.
I think it's something like this.
Ads at the side of video gets you something like 2p per viewing
Ads that pop up on your video gets you around 10p per viewing
Ads that you have to watch for several seconds before you can watch the video gets something like 30p per viewing,
