led light board software needed

Not sure where to post this. but hopfully here is right.

I have a LED Scroll light up board.
But Ive lost my software disk witch i used to change the message on the board.

THe message board has no name or model number on it.

But its connect to the pc via com port.

Can anyone help.

Hi there, there is a rumor going around, which is beleived to be genuine, you can programme these using the inbuilt windows hypertext terminal, just using the com port.

Due to rules on DK with reguards to advertising, if it was me, i would be going to a certain well known 'electrical company' and shop lifting there small message board they do - as it uses serial to programme it.
