SCAMMERS!

I got sucked into a scam- found it on the Australian classified website- a cute savannah kitten (usually worth $1600) for $200!

I was so excited to receive her - she looked adorable!
Lucky my boyfriend clicked on that it was a scam before I sent money through to western credit union (DER TO ME)



Anyway... I was shattered to find out I was getting played along... And it made me think.... What is there we can do to get these heartless morons back for their cruelty?!?!?!????

general rule of thumb

if it sounds too good to be true, it generally is

haha me and my best friend used to think we were gonna get our chiuahuas through the post any day

but we were about 13.

If somethings too good to be true, it probably is

open up a fake email account, buy a sim card, give your self a nice name like Mrs S. Cambaiter and everytime you have a few minutes to spare use them it to waste a day of various scammers time. (ie "Oh yeah, Ill buy that cat from you, ill meet you that place thats 2 hours from you" (2 mins of your time 4 hours 2 mins of theirs))

What was wrong with the post - pay by paypal - if it's not as described - alive and kicking - when arrives - claim off paypal - simples.

Have a read through www.thescambaiter.com. It always makes me feel better after I read about a scam.

One problem with this is that the scammers get the money anyway. Paypal looses out, thus causing them to increase rates. Not a win/win in the long run, you just end up feeding the trolls.

Put it down to experience a valuable lesson learnt at least you didnt part with any of your hard earnt cash it could have been worse......................

If the orginal poster is also a scammer - that means at least you didn't part with somebody elses hard earned dough
