Its July for me to until I receive a personal email from mr Branson confirming my speed has been increased as lager said a wont hold me breath

Strange, just had an email from VM confirming i'm on a package they dont currently offer in my area and telling me i'll soon be getting a package its doubtful they will be able to deliver anytime soon !

Its even addressed with my name & account number, so its not just a random email-shot.

i got the same e-mail yesterday but then received one several hours later saying it had been sent in error and apologising.

Virgin also sent an email to apologise in advance of the letters hitting doormats. I think it was sent in error. Mr Branson, even as minister for Rubbish when he owned Virgin records in marble Arch could not supply free bins in Oxford Street. Dont expect miracles from Virgin.
