There is alot of taxes they dont pay if any and all their jobs they do will be cash in hand. You also see in the programs that they pay everything in cash so there is no paper trail.
There is alot of them that will have big houses as more and more of them only go travelling 6 months a year. if the law is brought in to toghten up on scrapyards and the metal they accept, it will be one of their main incomes down the swanny.Comment

They drove my engineering business under.
20 caravans pitched on common land at the back of my rented unit, because nobody could be bothered to move them and the police are scared of them, they stayed for 11 months.
Before they turned up, i'd never had a break-in, in over 8 years.
In the 11 months they were there, i was burgled 23 times, they took everything.
Within 3 months, my insurers wouldn't touch me.
On one occasion, i had 4 tonnes of steel bars delivered. to start a job, the next morning, it had dissapeared.
My boots used to be full of human Sh*t, were women and kids used the units entrance path and yard as an open sewer.
I could write a book, but all's i'd say, is the only good Pikey is a dead one, the scum of the earth !Comment
