The Polish guy nextdoor - seems to be making 'funny buzzing noises' few seconds at a time, weird hours - is it possable home brewing beer?

Susspose easy answer is to lift lid on his wheely bin - see how many beer tins are in it, less than 75% full, DIY brewing
