It's never going to be easy to deal with, but make use of what time you have left.

A member of my family just dropped dead, no illness or warnings, just dropped to the floor. Autopsy report came back as a blood clot, she was dead before she hit the floor.

Although stressful & upsetting, do what you can now to ease the pain to come.
