Right so I am not a fat guy but during my time working away I put on a bit of a beer belly/ pot belly. I have lost some weight since stopping smoking just over three weeks ago which is good.
I want a quick solution but no crazy diets like eating peanut soup for a fortnight.
Also no 'dont drink beer'
. the majority of my died is healthy and could give up the odd take away that I have and replace my Friday roll of bacon, fried egg and fried onions + brown sauce (YUM) at work with a salad or something.
But in general does anyone have any good tips that work?
