anyone else use this. i having probs with downloading. not saving as mp3s and not downloading the track?

Its nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice -
I use it a lot and I usually have no issues downloading songs. Some of the songs won't play as a preview and if they don't they're probably bad links.
You need to find a song that actually plays when you preview it. Right click on the song and click on "Save Target As" (Internet Explorer) or "Save Link As" (If you're using Google Chrome).
It should want to save the file as "preview.mp3" as the default file name but of course you can rename it to whatever you want.
