anyone having dealextreme issues

have used dealextreme for a while now with no issues apart from slow shipping from china
they have now opened a uk warehouse which was great as shipping was fast and no customs

anyway i ordered an item from them on the 17 february and had it a few days later item was broke so they state ya send back the broken item and they refund ya postage and send a new item or refund the money for the purchased item

anyway they said they would ship a new item and refund the postage cost... still havent received anything or heard anything from the company since early march and contatcted them a few times since...ive opened a paypal dispute and have the tracking no. for the returned item
cant beleive how they have gone so downhill all of a sudden

id advise anyone that is waiting for orders from them to look into it

Ive ordered from them in the past, but not for a long while, you can find the same stuff from other sellers on Ebay or Amazon for a lot cheaper usually and quicker delivery...

There customer service is shocking at best, had a few issues lately, ordered something 3week ago an only shipped it yesterday, yet they take payment immediately, an getting any replies to emails / online chat is impossible,
Saying that they are cheap

there a lot slower than they have ever been things were going fine when ordereing from uk wwas only taking 3 days for delivery
