New 2 DM500s

Hi All, I am totally NEW to the DM500s. I have it connected via LAN Cable to DSL Router & WiFi to Laptop. How do I get the dm500s todisplay on tv so I cn get into menu for network settings ? PAL/NTSC tv ? TV/AV ?
