Am I the only one to think that all dogs should wear a muzzle in public. No more dog attacks against people or other dogs. Police do'nt have to work out if dog is illegal or not, if its not wearing a muzzle put it down.

the biggest majority of dugs are sound, its the owners that are the problem, put them down instead imagine life with out dugs
