the past 2 days been unable to get on sites
cardsharing kings and a torrent site i use plus paddy power

anyone have any ideas as to why

Well at least you can get on DK

if using IE load inprivate browsing and see if you get on them.

If so clear cache and cookies.

Or try is it down for me?

i use firefox

tried clearing cookies and cache still the same

possible solution

virgin problems supposed fix sunday 27-5-12 workaround in firefox go to options advanced network click configure how firefox connects select manual proxy settings type in http proxy box
webcache.virginmedia.com then in port box type 8080 then ok
