    Relative sizes

If the Milky Way were the size of a grain of salt then the visible universe would be the length of 3 football fields wide.

If our solar system was the size of a grain of salt then the Milky Way would be 24 miles diameter.

If Earth was the size of a grain of salt then our solar system would be the length of 2 football fields wide.

If a hydrogen atom were the size of a football field then its nucleus would be the size of a grain of salt.

If the nucleus of a hydrogen atom were the size of a football pitch then a quark would be the size of a golf ball

If hydrogen atom were the size of our solar system then a superstring would be the size of a tree.

My in-laws are about 5'5" on average. My own family are about 5'8" on average.

I reckon the diameter of the universe is a circle anyway so no answer to that one I'm afraid.

Just looked up "superstring" on Wiki. Total gobbledigook.
I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that I do not know the answer.

                What is outside the circle?

The universe, if the circle is the diameter it is wholly enclosed by the universe.

the diameter cant be bigger than the circumference so does this not make everything outside the universe
