Doing an on line search for an appraiser is rather frustrating , any suggestions as to where I could get the value of John Bunyan's Pilgrims progress , printed in 1682 , thanks , regards

from an antique book dealer. any you find online won't be reliable as any dealer worth his salt needs to see the book in question to authenticate etcFave replies from various threads
1: What the fff is all that about??? All that crap below your reply I mean, get a life mate
2: no info on google abt the pace sv5 rang asda they have no idea what i was talking about,
3: Your total contribution to this forum, bordering on trolling, seems to have been a collection of snipes, one liners & asterisked expletives

Thanks Shady I agree that an appraiser would have to see the book to appraise it , I just became very exited when the missus mentioned that she was googling and came up with a figure of 23k pounds .The missus claims that this book that she has had now for a few years is a first edition that was printed in 1682 .Do what you can with what you have .Comment

Now that you have posted your first post you should be able to download , The idea is to post in the relevant section relating to your interest , for eg this could have been posted on general chat rather than on a thread with the subject being antique booksDo what you can with what you have .Comment
