"Hello, my name is Charles, what is the weather like where you are?"

"It is pissing rain blowing a gale and freezing cold. I won't ask you what the weather is where you are. I know it is 80 degrees in Mombai and if your name is Charles I'll eat my hat."

its actualy a moneymaking scheme, whilst its in transit both banks have the money on their accounts although its frozen.

the reason for tghis s down to interest, they gai a tiny ammount of money from letting say 100 quid lay dormant for a few.

its certainly not a lot of money but take into account that this happens a good few times a year and to several million people it ammounts to quite a bit.
