went to local park today and theres a ford that runs next to it that takes all the excess water from the park lake, guess what some duf tried to get thru it, there was loads of peeps watching the procedings, there was birds in the back not impressed, had to phone a m8 to tow him out, should have seen the water pish oot of his exhaust car was an 07 tdi n aw so still worth few tokens like, or was best part aboot it is they have flood warnings either side of the ford, ya always get one

Two bits of bad luck stuck in a river and somebloke who looks like a wax chris tarrant saves the day

Many years ago I saw a plonker in a new golf diesel do a similar thing, only better.

He came to a dip under a bridge that is well known for serious flooding. He stopped, got out, looked at the 20ft flood area & got back into his car. Reversed up a bit & then floored it.

What the plonker failed to take into account is that although it was 20ft wide, it was also 5ft deep. He got half way before he sank to the bottom & came to rest with just the top of the roof showing.

Laughed? I nearly wet myself.
