stanage edge/bamford edge, steady walk this cause me pt walk mucker elp just come back from 16 days in spain n was still minging

kinder scout walk from edale and grindsbrook clough, the pics dont really do it justice it was a hard slog, will be difficult to top this walk.

this is the start of the walk fairly easy


then the path disappeared ffs and had to keep hoping over the brook getting rough now

howden moor, short walk this as it ws hot n humid

up fairbrook,( aka dufs clough )kinder plateau, fairbrook naze, across the edge,down waterfall onto black ashop moor, river ashop,snake path,ashop clough, rough bank

the way up, these types of routes are called cloughs, it didnt have a proper name so we called it dufs clough, the start of the walk is where the trees are in the background.

its been a A1+ walk this on par with kinder scout.

b29 superfortress crash site, bleaklow, dark peak

this is the view from the moor just below the crash site, dog rough walking, the hill in the background is where we are heading.
