Cant you just send a carrier pigeon to their house saying you dont know who was driving the vehical at the time and that if they send anymore letters that you will seek legal action for harrasment..

Why send letters back, I had full room of unwanted letters and junk, they fetched 68 brass monkeys when I weigh them.

Saying that.. i have had loads of ballif letters coming through the door for a credit card i rinsed.. dont even open them.. mustv gone through about 15-20 companies now..

They cant start court cases without acknowledgment ..

Also rinsed barclays for ?3k.. it got thrown out of court

not sure on letters but i guess the sane, if you send a text message, even to a non dk member first is a ""one off". Second classed as harrasasmeng, weird thing is why wasnt i banned after my second post on here?

If your property is not in your name you do not have to worry, otherwise ******* can have charging order on your house, which means when you sell they get the money.

Think you will find it is in my name.. they dint seem to pick up on it ..

Saying that. I did do it the right way and go to court.. lender failed to reply .. hence chucked out

There has been some excellent advice on this thread and I hope Arky4 has taken it on board, but I would like to say to Arky4 please don't park in Disabled Bays ! As it says on the tin, they are for the Disabled.
I am in receipt of Disability Living Allowance as I have trouble walking any distance, but because I don't receive the Highest Rate I am not entitled to a Disability Badge so even I tell my wife not to park in the Disability Spaces and just struggle the extra distance with my stick !
