    Help With Video Cameras

    Hi Guys

Sorry If I've Put This In The Wrong Place But I Wondered If We Had Any Video Camera Experts In The House. I Have A Friend Looking To Buy The Sony Handycam HVR - Z1e However He Cant Afford To Pay Much More Than ?850 Or So And I Was Just Wondering If Anyone Knew Of Another Video Camera Out There That Does The Same As This 1 Only A Little Cheaper.

I Have Been Looking At The Sony Handycam HVR - A1e But To Be Honest I Can't Tell Any Difference Other Than Cosmestic Looks

Would Something Like This Be As Good As The Sony Handycam HVR - Z1e

    Any Advice Is Appreciated

What I normally do is take a note of a camera I'm interested in, ie model no. etc. and then use YouTube for reviews of the quality etc. before I'd consider parting with the cash.
    Just a thought.

why a video camera ? with 850 tokens you could get a brilliant normal camera that will take brilliant quality video 720 or 1080p and will have a massive optical zoom as well, plus you will have the stills as well, and tbh a good bit less than 850.
