As I remember when I was using it while back moneybookers did not offer option such as money return.
So If I'm correct when you send the cash there is no return.

Can you tell me how to use it? i have never used it before. I have to pay ?1 and i have an invoice number. Trying to find out on line is how i heard about the horror stories.

I wouldnt trust this with a barge pole..

ive just looked up on it and it seems to be dodgy asian people who use it.. Asia is a vast place made up of many countries.. money will be easily lost..

I use to use moneybookers a few years ago when I used to do a fair bit of online gambling as it was the quickest way of getting your money back out of bookmakers and never had any problems at all, Its a very similiar model setup as to that used by paypal.
It's now been taken over by skrill who are also registered in the UK so I would pretty much say that your money is as safe here as it would be with Paypal
