Flat Cat 6 Vs Bog Standard Cat 5 Cable

    Hi Guys
Im looking at wiring my house and getting rid of our wi fi signals. We have a newborn due soon and the missus is worrried about wi fi radiation, especially since we have a 5ghz BT hub4.

I have been looking at flat Cat Cables and I found this flat cat 6 cable.

Because it is flat ( I want to place it under carpets and floorboards), do you think there will be signal or data loss more than a normal 'thick' style Cat 5 or Cat 6.

I am a bit sceptical on flat cables, although I have never tried them or tested them.
Has anyone else got experience in using them ?
    Thanks

The twisting of the paired cable is what reduces the "cross talk" in data cable so I guess the flat probably not so good?
Either way you should get a lot better average data speed verses wifi less errors on the signal

There's is also a neat trick to send video signals down the unused pairs of the cat cable. I think there's an instructable and youtube out there on this
