But seriously you're probably looking at something like
Intelsat 20 at 68.5?E Intelsat 20 at 68.5?E - LyngSat Maps
Have a look around the link above. I will point out though that it's C-Band. Africa isn't well served by satellite TV.
On a revisit there is also Intelsat 10-02 at 1.0?W, Amos 5 at 17.0?E and Intelsat 906 at 64.2?E
