think you would need bigger balls than the pigs to eat them but in the usa they whip the junk off the bullocks and then they are called steers so they are left with thousands of nads lying around so hey! lets have a nutfeast !! so they fix them different ways like fried, baked curried, but its still a load of balls at the end of the day

Soft liver, very sweet. I don't believe you haven't eaten them.

That picture is not sweetbreads, it is lamb fries. Sweetbreads are the glands from the neck (and other places), lamb fries are the dangly bits.
