bah just get em a set of bic razors.
    No har? nothing to straighten.
Nothing to spend hours washing and conditioning.
Nothing to get frizzy in the damp weather.
    No real issue.

Works well for Sinead O'Connor and that chick from Skunk Anansie.
He who laughs last thinks slowest.

Get a friend who has a card for Sally Salon Services to take you there, you will get a fabulous set much cheaper. GHD are twice as expensive because of the brand name. Just make sure you get ceramic/tourmaline ones and that the temp goes up to 120 degrees. Any hotter than that and you'll be frying your hair. You will also pick up the proper spray to use with them for much cheaper.

oh ghds are the best imo. had others but not nearly as good. my friend who is a hairdresser has a sallys card but the sallys here dont sell them. only a few selected salons sell them.
