Emails to be retrieved

Good Afternoon, guys n gals,

Got a quick question regarding the data protection act, Orange my wonderful supplier of phone and broadband until recetnly have delted an old email account of mine, the email account isnt the problem its the emails I had in the account I need, as part of my rights, is it possible to obtaiun these emails under the data protection act as some may have bank details and alike with them,

i think the email address always is the property of the supplier, as for the info. they are obliged to send it to you

Thanks I need the emails not bothered about the addy as I have left them as a supplier
