Phoned up Vermin to cancel my broadband, 20mb@?27 per month.
Their team got in touch and said ?20 for 50mb + a new hub. I ummed and ahhed and said I'd think about it.
They got back in touch and now ?19.25 for same 50mb.
Okily Dokily I said.
Checked my bill and it says my new monthly payment is ?21.50 !!
Just phoned up to ask what the heck, and told I need to activate it first before they can check my bill.
Any others had dealings like this?

I have been with Vermin since they took over NTLWorld, and before that Diamond Cable, unbroken contract. I think it stinks what they think of loyalty.

?37,70 month inc paper billing, won't match, bt etc.

Little reluctant to ring and moan to much as Internet is MUCH NEEDED to view dk.

Other concern can they see what wesites you been on as I do like to look at
INFERIOR forums and people getting their heads blown off etc.

They DO have list of phone numbers you called. In front of them.

?37.70 meaty? for 20mb BB and a phone line! they will bang that up to 50mb straight away if you phone em.
seen a few offers mate and if they dont play ball I will cancel.
Sky have an offer on, will post you the details when I get to sleep and wake up,
Also EE will do 17mb for ?177 for the year if you pay up front, ?13.75 prt month. ( I have an EE dongle so maybe that qualifies me).
wont know until Friday if they are playing fair.

need to call and cancel but don't want to loose dk access.
