discussion in my local on who was the best bond, my one was sean connery. and best film was from russia with love. i think over the years they were some really bad ones, what do you recon?

Dr no and Diamonds are forever Daniel is just modern day Connery but breathed much needed life back into Bond.

Got to agree with this.
Connery rocked. Brosnan was cool. But Craig is pure badass. I now don't know if I have more man love for him or Jurgen Klopp!

Worst is easily Dalton, nearly killed the franchise off, lazenby was weird and Niven in his cameo was pretty un-Bond for such a suave, famous actor.
Roger Moore was just joke.

Connery was the best for me. Daniel Craig is just too dark for my liking although his films are very good.

for me its more about the film rather than the 'bond' my favourite films are by moore but diamonds is probably my favourite , lazenby was awesome in OHMSS and Dalton in licence , don't like any of the recent films casino was utter garbage

The older generation on DK are giving their ages away, me thinks, and sure why not join them. Yes, it would have to be Sean Connery for me too.
An interesting point about this is, you're probably stuck to whoever you saw play the part first. Take 'The Magnificent Seven', it has to be Yul Brynner for me, George Kennedy was a strange replacement as was Lee Van Cleef.

I just like them all.... :-) It was hard though this time round to find another female friend to go was see it with they just didn't like Bond films.... ( I did in the end though, she just never mentoned it to hubby who took her a few days later)
