Problem with posting links

Why am I having a problem posting links in 'code' box? These are the same as I post else where but the final submit comes out all garbled.

example:

There must be someone here who understands my problem.

I'm doing what I've always done but after I submit my post it comes out like above.

I see 43 lookers and no takers.

Don't be shy.

I can not post anything until I get this right.

I paste my links then I wrap them in code.

Looks good on preview but not after submitting.

What's the secret.

I think I got it.

I had to un-check a Greasemonkey Script and re-paste all and re-submit.

That worked....so far.

Hope that's it.

yeah could be as my greasemonkey is also disabled

Yeah. That's what it was.

A Greasemonkey Script had to be un-checked.
