Webpage designer/builder needed.

Sorry if this is the wrong place, I need a webpage designed for my wife's wax business, preferably multi language option, few buying options like PayPal/bank transfer. Credit/debit payments. Working shop as she stocks 100+ scent types with varying combinations of scent blends etc. Fancy font for the main page header with a picture of a wild sweet pea flower incorporated into the page as a dedication to her late grandfather (they were very close as her and her dad was not. he stood in as father figure) if anyone is capable of the task we already own a web domain it came with the option to host included in price. Again I'm sorry if this isn't allowed here or if it's in the wrong place but thought I'd give it a shot as I'm here learning about di pump units 😁

I don't expect this to be free or even cheap for that matter, but if anyone who's up to it can give me a price il talk it through with Tue accountant (wife) thank you.

Dunno, but what ever, if somebody says adobe flash, scrubch it up and ram it
as hard as you can down their throat

ask for the links to their last 10 sites, check all work on iShit no flashy flashy crashy crashy
choose somebody local, so you can bob them on the nose if they use flash

find random companies in your area, look at theur wevsites, ask them

AVOID MOONFRUIT, THEY DONT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER
