            Ive got another big job coming up Dreamer, maybe after my holidays in January.

            Its another big job, turning my conservatory into dining room, with a tiled roof with remote control shutters and skylights.

            i will keep you informed.

                That is amazing steve. I think you could have made bathrooming your profession but i think its a BIT late now. X your a grandfather now.

                  You fill the bath then seal with sealant round the edges,the water weight helps the seal elasticity.
                  If it was sealed without the weight,when its filled it could possibly split,pull away slightlty.

                    Just fitted a new fire myself,pics attached.Had to board out chimney breast and got a guy in to skim entire room.
                    Local fireplace shop wanted ?1900 fitted,found fire elsewhere @ ?750 and paid a guy ?75 to gas it up etc,chimney sweep ?40.

                        Cheers, not quite the feat of bathroom,but self satisfaction at the ned of the day.
                        Plastering not my work ,but guy did a good job,just papering to do.

                          Youve had the fireplace sorted at the best time possible. The rain outside wont stop and the house is freezing most mornings. You made a great choice on the fireplace it looks perfect for its locale in the room. Well done.
