That is amazing steve. I think you could have made bathrooming your profession but i think its a BIT late now. X your a grandfather now.
Cant wait to see your conservatary conversion.
looking good m8,tell me tho?do you keep the bath full of water in case of water shortage
You fill the bath then seal with sealant round the edges, the water weight helps the seal elasticity.
If it was sealed without the weight, when its filled it could possibly split, pull away slightlty.
Checkout the REDstickies massive amount of info and effort been put into them.
Just fitted a new fire myself, pics attached.Had to board out chimney breast and got a guy in to skim entire room.
Local fireplace shop wanted ?1900 fitted, found fire elsewhere @ ?750 and paid a guy ?75 to gas it up etc, chimney sweep ?40.
Very nice Donnie, just in time for the Winter, i see you have had the room re-plastered as well, looks a good job m8.
Cheers, not quite the feat of bathroom, but self satisfaction at the ned of the day.

Youve had the fireplace sorted at the best time possible. The rain outside wont stop and the house is freezing most mornings. You made a great choice on the fireplace it looks perfect for its locale in the room. Well done.
