That would suggest a software fault.

Possable that you might find a 'software update' on here for her.

I had a problem once, new card not able to get any money out, last time had grief they said (bank) use card get cashback.

Went to tesco.com had ?20 in pocket, tried using new card, oops you no sign it, can't accept it, so used the ?20 to pay for goods.

Went home, signed card went to asda.com, pack of nuts 15p and ?50 cashback, 'card not accepted - have a shitty day'

Went to work to raid the safe (not my money, not asked permisson, but got away it the loan). Took new faulty card in back room, warmed it up with blow torch sqashed it 'flat' in the vice walked into bank, on the monday dinner time, dropped on desk and pinned the guy up the wall said "This new card doesn't work"

he said "Oh is it faulty" sure is.

Well if you walk in t' bank te tawat would have said, "go out side, que in the rain and try again" I would not have had to raid the safe had the card worked, just annoyed that had to explain going to work on a satday night at 10pm to raid the safe!

Don't like taking money cos when it don't adds up it causes greif, no point in being accused of something not done at other times, dude.

LOL I would love to listen to the explanation she gives in the bank, something along the lines of "My Husband opened my post this morning, and you will never guess what he done....."
