Doesn't matter if it is second hand or not, if it is buy it now then it is covered under distance selling regulations, buyer has 7 days to change their mind, sellers responsibility to pick it up etc etc. There is no way to get round the laws of the country no matter what you put in the description or no matter what eBay say, the law is the law end of story.
