High Definition TV Channels on PC

Looking for opinions on best way to watch High Definition TV once all the cable boxes have gone off in UK.

Could I get some interface for pc to access channels on line? Can I stream from pc to tv?

My pc is a modern one large hd with hdmi slot.

Options welcome please.

i would get your self across to the satellite section of this forum.

Do a bit of reading on the linux receivers... don't be put off by all the terminology... once you get to grips with all the bits and bobs the set up is not that hard. And on the plus side there are loads of people on this forum who will help you out when/if you get stuck.
