An article today in one of the 'finer' publications, suggests bringing them back... so you can walk through town and launch tomatoes and cabbages and insults at the local villains...

What do we think? good or bad?

The bill of human rights has become more the bill of subhuman rights, in that its only really applicable to criminals nowadays.
What about my right to walk around my town free from neds and chavs causing all kinds of ruckus?

Not wanting to spoil anybody's fun etc.

Susspose there is 10 people in a village and they each take 6 mins to throw
fruit & veg, stones, cow shit, pig piss etc. That would be one hour gone

SO What about the 10 people take the 6 mins to dunk the offender in the fruit veg, cow shit etc. So more offenders per hour can be acheived, thus lowering 'unsolved crime statstict's' (new word and speling there)
