I have access through a friends account. As yet it has been nothing but a ~~~~ing nightmare trying to get it to work.

Sky are aware there are a 'few' problems with the player, but they don't seem to be making any progress in solving the issues.

I have been with Sky for past 10 months and still havent been able to get it to work..

called Sky and its a pure nightmare... each time they try and sell me Sky Broadband.. I've given up..

Sky are the worst company for company service that I have ever come across they advertise and work so hard to get new customers and they treat their currnet customers like dirt.
