i got a 32 inch lcd LCD HD TV its connected to my virgin box through a scart lead the problem i have got the HD wont work what do i need to but for the HD to work through the virgin box as my virgin isint HD.

you need a hd box from virgin ,i recently got one 49 pound ,fit it yourself ,saves on installation costs

yes thats what i did ,been with them for years ,no harm in asking yourself

I phoned up virgin and told them that my box kept freezing and going blank, they sent a engineer out free of charge, when he was there he told me he thought my box had a problem and went to get a new box out his van, but I told him I did not want another Samsung as they were prone for problems, the only other boxes he had was HD ones so he changed it for free....
