little green square

I've just noticed something and wondering what the hell it is

bellow my(and everyone else's) avatar, there is a little green square,
when I run my cursor over it, it reads,
"tshirtman is on a distinguished road"

other members say other things
what is it, and what does it mean?

its your reputation, you get more little green squares when people give you rep, when/if it goes up to 2 squares it will say something different.

ya a lot of people on here dont no about this pity the stig told me about it a few weeks back
