I'm a new member from today, I can't seems to download anything, it comes up access rights. what access right do I need to be able to download. Forum is very difficult to use.

It can take up to an hour for the site to update and allow downloading.
The stickies in red at the top of the intros section explain this and more

How rude
I just think it's a bit rude to complain about this forum and site when you are expecting to get information from it to help you. If you look in the Introduction section, it does explain the rules regarding downloading. It's not hard to do and at the end of the day, you are getting the information you want from some very helpful people for free.Comment
