    incapacity benefit information

this info is spot on, for the benefit of any one here who it might affect.

the massive transition moving people from incapacity benefit to employment and support )allowance has started. the dwp will tell you that your money will remain the same.

what they wont tell you is that you WILL be reassessed for ESA (ie medical) and unlike incapacity benefit ESA is means tested.

ie husband cannot work was getting incapacity benefit of ?105 a week. he got this amount no matter what wife/partner earned

    new system

husband cannot work, gets ESA. Will get sent for a medical and if very lucky will continue to get ESA however as that is means tested if wife works over 24 hours a week he cant get the income based ESA. if lucky he will get the conts based ESA just for 6 months then nothing. ie wife has to keep both of them if she works over 24 hours.

Good, the amount of fat smelly people that smoke roll ups, with their fancy cars with 'disabled - nil charge' tax discs is unreal.

yes there are real genuine folks out there, but for example, the fat smelly bloke who has been a customer of M-H-M for a long time, he can't work ever again because (what ever), but why could he not work on a phone exchange doing directory enquires.

Modern technology is great, if the bloke decides to have a heart attack whilst giving out phone number for pizza places etc, somebody else could take over leaving him to have heatrt attack.

Now why I could not think about that, but what about the people who are blinds, on kidney diagnosis, there are some with the broken back bones because of spending to much time on women I suppose we could place then in the museum.

Tools owned: Hammer, Chisel, Crowbar, Punch, Chainsaw, Cutter and Brain!!!

Did you know People will question all the good things they hear about you but believe all the bad without a second thought.

Well again to help with the economic down turn, place all three of the above in one flat/living quarters, then the bloke on the kidney diasis machine can guide the blind bloke to clean feed repar etc the bloke with broken back.

the guy on the kidney machne then logs on to DK and downloads on behalh of the other two.

In my area a lot of police are claiming bad back or stress just before they are due to retire
so they get incapacity benefit and there police pensions, so that will put a stop to that scam

it's an easy answer, that these people could do light work, as you say working on a phone exchange,or in a museum,
but without any experience do you really believe they could walk into a job,
it's hard enough for someone with years of experience to find a job at the moment,
I agree the system needs tightening up to wheedle out the scroungers and work shy, but to tar everyone with the same brush is'nt the answer.
and you also have to look at the GP's who keep giving out the sick notes because they are to scared to say no, or just cant be bothered.
if you want these people to work then they need help to find a job, but with the coalition pulling the funding for retraining they haven't got much chance, all that will happen is they will move from one benefit to another,
and lets face it why are all these people on the sick, because the last tory government (thatcher), wanted to hide the real unemployment figures, so she shifted about one million people from unemployment benefit on to the sick, and this is exactly what this lot are doing, moving them from one benefit to another just to look tough, but it doesn't solve a thing.

some people are genuine but have to fight for the rights to benefits cause of scum that dont need or require it but are to lazy to work i worked for 14 years from age of 16 had a bad accident and now am unlikely to ever return to work.
i earned really good money at the time turner fitter good graft hard work payed well lots of overtime now all i get is a poxey 62 quid a week ESA says it all when i was gettin ?450 basic salary and ?200 plus in overtime / but had to have medicals letters of my specialist just to prove i carnt work ffs if i could id be back tommorow miss the money .
if people who didnt need to claim esa didnt the system would be lots faster and people who need the help financially would benifit properly then again this is the goverment you have to speak a foreign language claim victimisation and get more than a tax payer earns.

If I had to install the candid camera in the brothels I bet 78% of people will be from incapacity claiming benefit because they can not undress on there own, that?s why they let the prostitutes undress them for a ride of the life time.
If they ever got caught they should be accountable for all the tax payers money plus interest.

theres been no new claims for incapacity benefit since oct 2008. any new claim since then (unless prev claimed ib within 104 weeks) had to claim esa.
the prob with esa is its creating a single society as your partner has to keep you after 26 weeks.

Sake of argument, somebody who lives on their own, no wife, kids etc etc, has an accident at work, say arm, leg or head cut off say. Now what happens

                    1) It's a permanent fault?

                    2) they are out of action for a genuine year

3 - Does it affect there ability to log onto DK at all?

What they can and can not do makes me laugh, Sunday morning most disabled and old age pensioners in the car boot sale, Monday morning all at the Doctors Surgery complaining pain from head to toes for record, Saturday afternoon watching live football they can afford with all the capacity money coming in now wonder Dr Shipman gave more drugs then any other doctor.

                              Not all of them.

SERIOUSLY NO WORD OF A LIE

See here in Meat-City a spanking shining 'new' roller with private number plate and 'disabled ' tax disc - explain that.

Also had a taxi in (all lettered up) with disabled tax disc!
