    Leaky roof.

Just noticed that the felt in my garage is leaking.

The waters running through a hole in the felt and dripping down the gap between the outside brick and the inside block. Making the wall soaked.

Is this an expensive job to fix up if any one has any experience with this ..?

Am alos concerned about the damage being done to the wall.. in the mean time.

Have a look on screwfix for emergency roof repair - about ?15 for a 1 litre tin you brush on, has done the job for me in the past.

much as id like to try out Supers suggestion, , id go instead for Rito sealant. 10 minutes work might put off reroofing for a couple years.
