    Drink is not a great release

    Well at least not for this nutter

    Fugitive escapes from jail before heading for a celebratory pint

    What better way to celebrate an early release from prison than heading for a nice refreshing pint at your local pub?

    That***8217;s exactly what 40-year-old Timothy Bonner decided to do after escaping from a police station holding cell in Smith Township, Pennsylvania.

    After he was arrested on suspicion of assault, police had removed his handcuffs and were processing his paperwork when he allegedly knocked the cell door off its hinges and fled.

    He was later found celebrating his release at nearby Richy***8217;s Bar, but not before he stopped off at another property to borrow a pair of shoes.

    ***8216;He asked me to buy him a beer, so I bought him a beer,***8217; one customer told UPI.com.

    ***8216;He didn***8217;t even get to take a drink of it before they slammed him on the bar. He was only here a few minutes before police showed up.***8217;

    The Washington County public defender***8217;s office in western Pennsylvania declined to comment on the charges filed against the runaway prisoner.

    Mind you, he does look like a really bright kind of lad, probably knocked the door of it's hinges with his face
