FRANCE?S balding Prime Minister is spending more than ?8000 a month on his haircut all footed by French taxpayers it was revealed today.

Head of state Hollande signed a contract with the crimper, known only as Oliver B in official documents, back in 2012 and the arrangement will last until his five-year end of term office ends.

That means the stylist will earn more than half a million pounds by next year, as well as being able to travel with the PM on official trips, a family allowance and other family benefits on top of his paycheck.

The hairdresser is pledged to carry out his work with ?the utmost secrecy, during and after the completion of his contract,? says today?s Canard Enchaine ? the investigative weekly that broke the story.
