COOKING METHOD
Add all ingredients to mince, mix thoroughly using hands, shape, place in pre heated oven, gas mark 5/6, near top of oven, cook for one hour approx, times may vary depending on cooker. Remove foil and cook for a further 30 mins approx.
Remove from oven and let it settle for 15 mins approx. before slicing. Best served with new patties.
