1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup apples - coarsely grated
1/4 teaspoon salt3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 Tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 Tablespoon almonds - chopped
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
4 large eggs - separated
Procedure -- First of all separate the egg whites from the egg yolks. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. In another large bowl, beat the egg yolks. Add all remaining ingredients - except egg whites. Mix just until everything is combined. Fold in the beaten egg whites with a spatula.
Spray a griddle or skillet with cooking spray. Heat to medium-high and drop batter to form pancakes. Turn when bottom is browned. Cook other side to golden brown.
1 cup s/r flour,
1 egg,
1tsp vanilla essence- or to taste,
1/2 cup milk little more or little less (preference),
1/2tsp baking powder

whisk till fluffy and light.
Melt some butter in a pan, pour in mixture & allow to rise (you can add toppings now, if desired)
when bubbles start to form on the top flip & cook the other side until golden brown.
