      they just need to get 3 of the top clubs ground keepers in to look at it and sort it out

                  what they need to do is, import Bermuda grass from Bermuda which would cost about 2.5mill. then charge ridiculous ticket prices and hospitality. then to ensure a profit, play rugby, cricket, polo and some kind of motor sport on it. either that or stick to just football
