APK Tool error for JB 4.2.2

Anybody can help me to solve the problem on decompiling SystemUI.apk of android Jellybean 4.2.2
I use apktool.jar version 2.0 b9 latest release but I have encounter erro.. see attachment

I use this for some apk files without problem except for this systemUI.apk
